Comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel in a nice classic style building. Had a deluxe king room with toiletries as well as a good view. Accommodating staff who checked me in as the duty manager, favourable and perfect location. Also near the beach.

The location is fantastic, just across from the sea. The hotel is close to Jeddah's waterfront and the new hotspot - The Waterfront. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with freshly baked Arabic bread and had a great view. We booked a room on the executive level.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the Ramadan period. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. They even allowed us to check in early and went above and beyond to accommodate us for Iftar dinner, despite being fully booked. The staff was professional and the dinner was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location, ambiance, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding. I slept like a baby. I will definitely make this hotel my destination in the future.

The recently refurbished hotel in a business area was luxurious. The convenience of the triple room with a coffee machine from the 15th century and a balcony was fantastic. Having a shower, hairdryer, and bidet in the room was a plus. The staff was always helpful. The location of the hotel was magnificent.

My room was impressive with climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The employees were helpful and accommodating all the time. The location was incredible, just a 10-15 minute walk from Pier.
