  Location is excellent and the new decor is wonderful, the rooms are well appointed, in great condition and are very comfortable, the pool is nice.

  The new hotel mattress was like 10000 times better, the other staff were pleasant as well and my room was very clean and spacious.

  Nice bed and pillows, the four elevators seemed fast enough. Many restaurants, very fresh fruit.

  Low value for for money and old style. Upscale mall less than 10 minutes away and service was VERY slow. The mattress was very bad.

  Nice balcony in the room, great food actually.

  Poor quality tv and expected more for my money. The lobby carpet is very worn and dirty.

  Very comfortable room, nice Spanish speaking staff.

  Scary hotel, poor concierge service and i never waited more than five seconds for an elevator. Breakfast was awful.

  Its location is great, about a block up the road towards The Galleria is a large Starbucks and the hotel room is VERY spacious and neatly appointed. Lobby is very nice, the staff is simply amazing and for the hot water to run warm. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, the ballrooms facilities are fabulous for events.

  The location was wonderful, the overall ambiance of the hotel was nice and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room service was good, the next morning breakfast was great to and the event facilities were excellent.

  Location is great too and the Galleria Mall is VERY close and ideal for shopping. The lobby is very attractive similar to a large glass atrium, staff are good and the A/C works well, the hot water has pressure, and the rooms are clean. The food is absolutely delicious.
