Noise from other rooms was never a problem and the location right next to the Galleria was perfect.

The location right next to the Galleria was perfect, hotel food was good and the staff was really helpful.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as there is nearby access to the west loop (I-610) that gets you throughout Houston relatively quickly.

The next morning the conceirge checked me in for my return flight then arranged all my transportation for that morning, including to my meeting and to the airport.

However, it is quite a trek from Bush International Airport - somewhere in the vicinity of 45-60 minutes on the highway.

I liked the bathroom design which had a large granite counter area and a separate room for the tub/shower and toilet.

The room was a good size with a chair and ottoman, desk, entertainment armoire and king size bed.

A nice touch was that the toilet and tub are in a separate room from the sink/vanity area - an attribute of luxury hotels.

Our only complaint was less than stellar service in the hotel restaurant where we ate breakfast.

Maggiano’s restaurant (Awesome Italian food) is right next to the hotel or Americas (Great South American Food with an incredible ambiance) is across the street from the hotel.
