Hilton Hartford - 哈特福德

Super location close to great restaurants, the Hilton Hartford is a truly gorgeous property and good water pressure in the shower.

It is a great location because you can walk to Bushnell Park and the carosuel but you are also close to the freeway.

Building isn't quite as nice as nearby Downtown Marriott, but the better location more than makes up for it.

It's in a very convenient location next to all major highways and the convention center.

Deli sandwiches almost a foot high, Chinese takeout favorites served in an airport-sleek space with touches of humor.

It was your standard Hilton-- clean rooms, comfy bed, clean bathroom.

Comfortable bed, average size room, small but clean bathroom.

Better yet, just stay in your king bed (gotta give the place credit for their "suite dreams" mattresses) and watch TV instead.

Housekeeping quality in my room was good, the staff was polite and attentive, the bed was beyond comfy.

The room on the 16th floor was very clean and the bed was fantastic!

Restaurant (Monty & Ming's) overpriced, lukewarm food, bad service, charged 18% gratuity on a breakfast buffet, had to ask 3x for beverages, etc.

The staff was extremely friendly and service oriented, particularly at the restaurant, where I had a fine late night dinner and delicious oatmeal for breakfast.

For HHonors premier members, the HHonors lounge is nice, and a good deal for breakfast.

The restaurant at the hotel is very good which is important because downtown Hartford rolls up the street at 6 pm and there are limited places to eat.

We took food out from the M&M Restaurant one evening.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I probably had the best maid service that I have had at a hotel in a long time.

All the convinients services at the room, the room service, the food, the view, the beautiful entrance view and the quality of the service in general.

The hotel was very well maintained, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and the rooms were newly renovated.

Amazing about this hotel, good service and helpful concierge.

We used the jacuzzi and the pool during our stay.

The jacuzzi could have been more clean, breakfast portions are huge and the gym is wonderful.

Good fitness facility and indoor pool (but no attendants).

They left the room spotless everyday and everything was re-filled, nothing was ever missed which was really nice.

The staff was very friendly calling me by name during my stay and obviously the bathroom toliet was not on the list of things to clean.

The rooms were clean and had a nice city view of the town.

I was given a very nice, clean, spacious room on the Executive Floor (Gold Upgrade) with a nice view of the capitol.
