Good location, this hotel is perfect and front desk extremely friendly and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable and everything has been nicely renovated.
Normal Diamond VIP Hilton Honors room have robes and drink tickets are provided 2.
The only problem we experienced was with the air conditioner in the room.
I get a phone call saying that I can't have my reception in that room.
My room was excellent and the jacuzzi worked very well.
Beyond things I also experienced broken lamps and the breakfast was great.
Good restaurant on site and reasonably nice hotel.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping nearby.
The breakfast was great and the service outstanding.
I got my food and the salad didn't have dressing as I'd requested and it was missing a lot of the ingrediants listed on the menu (kind of important in a cobb salad, if you ask me).
Most everything about the hotel was great and staff was very polite and professional.
Staff is friendly, internet access is fast.

Chris at the front desk remembered me by name all week.
The fitness center was also incapacitated by the renovations.
That would've been nice to know when I made the reservation since it's very important to me to work out on the road and I chose this hotel specifically because I expected an adequate fitness center.

Additionally rooms are clean, the breakfast that's included is nice.
The rooms are beautiful, continental breakfast is reasonably fresh.
