The staff were very helpful and clearly proud of their hotel and the town of Greenville (rightly so - its a wonderful town) - we will most likely stay there again (especailly for the total price of $90 thru' hotwire.
No problem because there are plenty of places to eat surrounding the hotel plus room service prices were pretty reasonable.
The brand new Hampton Inn on the river downtown or The Westin (historical hotel downtown) because you can walk to everything from those hotels (but they cost twice as much as we paid at Hilton!
The location was excellent - 's close to everything, the hotel was amazing and the desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The pick up to and from the airport was especially convenient and reliable.
Even when we had a very early flight (6:45 AM) out on Sunday mornng they were there to take us to the airport.

The only negative was that I went into the restaurant for dinner I left immediately because it smelled really musty.
It has a nice lobby area for relaxing in the evening along with a lounge & restaurant.
Rather than drive downtown, the Front Desk staff offered their courtesy van to drop us off and pick us up after the concert.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff were awesome and the room we stayed in on the 8th floor was spotless.
Also, the last reviewer said they didn't have a pool - he should have asked b/c it was tucked away on the bottom floor with the gym.
The indoor pool,fitness facility and business area were very nice as well.
The pool looked clean but we returned to late to swim.
Had wireless internet but they must have been blocking IPsec cause I had to go through a logmein.
