Hilton Grand Vacations Suites At The Flamingo Las Vegas

The location on the strip couldn't be better and being located behind the Hilton affords you peace and quiet just minutes from the noise.

The location is in the middle of the Strip and well situated.

The location was the best for everything we wanted to do.

Imagine walking in the street in Vegas with luggage while delivery trucks and taxi's speed by.

Other than trying to cross the street from the parking garage with the kamikazee taxi drivers aiming for you, I felt very safe here also.

This composed of two bedrooms (king beds) with TVs, w/a DVD or VCR and a sleeper sofa, two hot tubs (a single and double), two shower stalls, small kitchen, dining table, sleeper sofa and living room area with a TV.

We didn't share an entry way with a studio room like some of the other one bedroom suites did.

As a Hilton Gold, I received a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite, which has a kitchen, dining area, sleeper couch, king-sized bed, and enormous jacuzzi.

It was a gorgeous room with a large flat-screen HD TV, large walk-in shower, new bed and furnishings.

The room was great, the only two small complaints were the VCR-come on people these went away awhile back and the hard/firm bed, but the jacuzzi, the kitchen, the location is unbeatable.

There are no restaurants on property - only a deli with nasty, overpriced food.

But don't worry, if you want to gamble, just walk 5 minutes across the pool grounds and you will be inside the Flamingo hotel casino, along with shops, restaurants, and the Flamingo buffet.

We ate at a few of the restaurants there and the food was good.

There is no restaurant, so I received a $10/day credit for the small deli just off the lobby.

Anyway, we're checking in tomorrow and will be walking to dinner at Batista's Hole in the Wall, which is one of the best Italian restaurants in Vegas (200 yards away).

Every staff member went out of their way to be kind to us (especially the valet and the front desk) and the conceirge made reservations for me at the Flamingo spa no problem.

Great staff and the receptionist is very kind and helpful.

Registration Desk - Welcome Desk - Concierge - bellhops - pool bar staff - etc - everyone was very very nice.

The Flamingo spa was at our back door, and we enjoyed a pedicure / manicure / massage / work out / jacuzzi just a hop, skip, jump away!

Hotel also has an indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna and small gym.

The HGVC has it's own pool/jacuzzi area which is separate from the Flamingo.

The hotel does offer free wireless internet, but I found connectivity very slow and erratic.

Our room was clean, bright, and all the utensils were provided in the kitchen.

The room was clean, neat, and well-appointed.

I thought the best feature of the room was the small washer/dryer - this allowed me to return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

The room was clean and housekeeping came in daily.

We stayed in a one bedroom suit which we found very clean and furnished to a high standard.
