I had an excellent time despite the reason I was staying at this hotel, and I would most definitely recommend it to my friends and family, due to its location in the heart of downtown Worcester and overall value.
If you self-park, you get a ticket from the hotel so you can come and go as you please without paying more.
We went for a concert, which was one block away from the hotel so the location was perfect.
Certainly a very convenient location, decor throughout the entire hotel is beautiful and so everything from the lobby to the rooms is perfect.
Convenient location you are there on business and the hotel is nice.
The hotel's location is easy enough to get to, but it has a huge issue with noise.
It was comprised of a king bedroom with a flat screen TV and a LARGE living room with a pull out couch/bed, plasma television and a kitchenette.
The hotel room itself is great and the beds are wonderful.
The bathrooms are spotless, we thought the beds were very hard!
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed.
The free breakfast is actually pretty decent, eggs cooked up nice and fresh, and more than enough food to get your day kicked off.
The hotel is within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and the internet is slow at best.

Grace at the front desk was very helpful and sweet, as with Maria in the restaurant.
Front desk staff was very helpful, the beds were very comfortable and uno's restaurant was good.

The hotel's check in time is 4pm, but our rooms were ready at 1pm and we were able to check in then, the front desk clerk was very nice as was the staff at the breakfast served in the lobby in the morning ( a great selection).

There is a gym and a small pool with a Jacuzzi.
The gym has the basics and the pool seemed to be about 20 yards long and 3-4 lanes wide.
Food good for that type of venue and the lobby is fantastic.
Our room was clean and had a fresh feeling.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
Furthermore room was clean and breakfast was exceptionally good - the best I can recall for a complementary breakfast.
The rooms seemed adequately clean and nice pool.
The rooms are always clean, beautiful and quiet.
