Location is good and rates are much more reasonable than the hotels there.
A large mall is nearby and the hotel is in a quiet location near a corporate park.
The hotel is in a great location (right by the mall & 95) -- The pool was a bit small but the pantry came in handy!
It's about a half hour drive from the airport, a half hour drive from downtown Baltimore.
Room and bathroom was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and a coffee maker and microwave in room.
Plenty of room with comfy beds, fresh linens, wonderful decor.
Rooms are beautiful, full of lots of small touches: a microwave and fridge in a kitchen cabinet setup, comfy armchair with ottoman, huge window, huge desk with super comfy chair, and a curved shower curtain.
Hotel was in good shape the beds were really soft and the personnel were very friendly.
We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, woman on front desk duty was professional and the the bathroom was rather warm.
Also, for ten dollars you can eat in their restaurant, which I recommend.
The hotel is fresh, new, and spotlessly clean, and the staff is very warm and friendly; the hostess at the restaurant actually engaged us in conversation.
Upon arriving the first night, we thought we had gotten in too late to get a bite from the hotel restaurant.
There are many stores and restaurants very close by.
This hotel is beautiful, new, full of classy touches that make its pricetag and lack of a free breakfast worth while.
Front desk staff were below average, a kind of fake friendly I would gladly exchange for quick, efficient, good customer service.
Woman on front desk duty was professional and room service was superb.
The hotel had great service, the personnel were very friendly and the rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable.
Excellent view, perfect hotel and the lobby was nicely furnished.
The pool was small, but we did not swim anyway.
There's also free parking, which was a boon for us.
Free wireless, the Great American Grill had decent food.
The staff was very friendly, bathroom was spotless and the coffee was very good.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.
Wonderful stay, clean & nice room (had a coffee maker, frig & microwave).
The hotel had great service, the meeting room we used was clean and neat.
And the rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable.
