Great and perfectly comfortable location around 10-15 minutes walk from Canadian Broadcasting Centre. Large room with WiFi and a whirlpool. Friendly check-in, parking onsite.

Everything was perfect at this well-appointed hotel. The room was kept very clean and available with a shower and a large desk, as for instance. The property's location was magnificent, close to shops and restaurants and Toronto Union station and Close to theater of city.

Overall really nice stay for 5 nights for a business conference. Amazingly nice staff, clean hotel, new-fashioned room. The rooms with breakfast. Great and absolutely perfect location acess to everything, good facilities.

The rooms are gorgeous and neat with comfy beds and hot tub, for instance. The hotel has a great and absolutely perfect location near the street car which gives subway access, walking distance to a tower and a theater.

Perfect and fairly clean place with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating stuff. Neat and nicely updated room complete with sofa bed, fridge, hot tub. Marvellous location, just next door to Chinatown Centre. Nestled walking distance to a concert hall and a stadium. Pleasant overall experience.

The service is good, includes overnight parking. The building is really nice and the rooms are large and updated with a shower, fireplace plus hot tub. The location is marvellous and personnel is amicable.

Enjoyed spacious room, comfy adjustable bed, and microwave. Pillows were a highlight. Convenient location near attractions. Helpful staff and free business center with computers.

The location was amazing, just a short stroll away from a multi-purpose stadium. There was a really great restaurant, a shopping mall and a market next door. Greatly enjoyed the rooms, they were reasonably large with free wifi. Lots of food for breakfast, it was fab.

The location was marvellous, within easy walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport. All the employees were extremely friendly and affable and smiled at me.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The location was perfect - so close to all the restaurants and shops, and we could easily walk to all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the beautiful interior of the hotel added a festive touch to our holiday experience. We had a memorable and delightful Christmas at this hotel.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was slow and unreliable at times. It was a bit frustrating trying to stay connected, especially when we wanted to plan our day or stream some holiday movies.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very attentive and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and well equipped.

One day the bed wasn't made. The shower enclosure was repaired immediately after written complaint. That surprised us very pleasantly.
