Reasonably clean and ideal hotel with convenient and perfect location by the river walk, just what I needed. Location: the venue was near restaurants and places and the surrounding State and National Parks and the valley. Popped in Burger Theory for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The air conditioner worked really well. 104' F outside. 66' F for sleeping. Room was on the East side....quiet, only morning sun. The only BAR in a Washington County hotel.
Food was mediocre to awful. Lots of marketing materials hyping the restaurant and showing photos of grilled salmon on a bed of fresh greens. NO actual "restaurant"...Breakfast only. $9.95. Bar menu was limited choice of appetizers.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel for our business trip. The location was perfect, being very close to the convention site at the Dixie Center. The staff members at the bar were friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, as Hilton Honors members, we were able to enjoy exclusive benefits during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. In the morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. the hotel provided all the necessary facilities and advantages for a pleasant and convenient stay.
We were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included in the cost of our room.
