Hilton Garden Inn Springfield

I don't know much about location because I don't know Springfield all too well, however, this appears to be in hotel row with plenty of restaurants in general vicinity.

The location is convenient not only to the area attractions and business needs, but also to some fine eating establishments.

The kids loved the heated pool, and we loved the location - only 0.

Our accomodations were fine, comfortable beds, clean, good temperature, and location on 2nd floor quiet.

Hotel has also a great location and a great asset who is Lena.

The bed was very comfortable, the carpets were clean, and the overall ambiance was classy given that this isn't a very expensive hotel.

The bathroom counter, tile, shower, tub were all very clean.

I went directly to bed and didn't notice the heater/air unit was on.

I asked the front desk to look into it and when I returned to my room later that day the heat was blasting warm air, but after a couple hours it was like having the air conditioner on again.

The rooms are spacious, with a stylish cabinet with fridge & microwave, and more cable TV channels than I've ever seen at a hotel (> 50).

The Front Desk Supervisor Lena Pantus was unbelievable amazing, very polite and friendly gave us great recommendations to restaurants, and this hotel has also a restaurant Uno attached which is a good place to relax after a long day.

The beds were very comfortable and a nice bar restaurant called Max's in the Basketball HOF.

There is a Chicago Uno's Grill attached that does room service and a nice bar restaurant called Max's in the Basketball HOF.

The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of hot food choices, though I normally stick to bagels and cereal and the like.

We had a very nice all you can eat breakfast buffet in the am, and for $9.

Unos is attached so you can get quick room service from them, but the front desk staff is on zombie mode.

Internet Access in Business Centre well provided for, the hotel staff was very pleasant upon check in and the Front Desk Supervisor Lena Pantus was unbelievable amazing.

The location is convenient not only to the area attractions, the hotel is attached to a Pizzaria Uno has an outdoor patio and helpful front desk staff.

Helpful front desk staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The spa/jacuzzi and pool area was also kept very clean.

I ve Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn this past weekend, and it was just great, beds are confortable, lobby is clean and they have the perfect free cookies, pool was enjoyable for my kids, business center was convenient.

On the positive side, the Springfield HIlton Garden Inn is conveniently located off of 91 North and within walking distance of the Basketball Hall of Fame (they share a parking lot).

My room was clean and the wireless worked great.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, room was clean, the breakfast buffet was good.

The business center fro travelers like me was just amazing, the Basketball Hall of Fame were great and tub were all very clean.

The place is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable.

I was very pleased by the courteous desk staff, the clean, bright lobby, and especially by the clean, fairly spacious hotel room.
