Hilton Garden Inn Springfield - 斯普林菲尔德

The location was fine - near enough restaurants, the hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent service and convenient location.

They were able to recommend us some local restaurants and even map quested one location for us!

I know this as I wore new white socks on the carpets and they still looked new after a few hours of walking sock-foot.

We figured we could put up with it one night but it happened againt the next night, too --- different bus load.

We stayed two nights in a beautiful two-bed, two-room suite.

The bed was made but the room wasn't vacuumed, sometimes the glasses were replaced, furniture wasn't wiped down, and an empty milk carton and yogurt container were left on the coffee table, not picked up.

Unfortunately, the last time we stayed here the comforter on the bed had a hole in it, but I understand it's difficult to keep up with the amount of people you have coming in.

We didn't eat any breakfasts there, but I did look at the breakfast and there was a broad array of food, with something for everyone at a very reasonable price of $9.

There was also a restaurant and bar just off the lobby area which had good food for dinner since we didn't want to drive anymore for the night.

The hotel was just as nice - had an excellent restaurant (although there are about 15 choices of restaurants within walking distance.

My only minor complaint was that due to a bus group, there was no room in the restaurant for breakfast one of the mornings of my 5 day stay.

They only serve breakfast and dinner, but the food was impeccable and the wait staff was very courteous and hard-working.

The manager & his staff were very helpful, sensitive and were very accomodating when we asked for late checkout while we checked on my mom's medical condition.

Excellent service, very efficient check-in/check-out and the maid showed me 3 good rooms.

I cannot say enough about the staff here.

On our second night, we went up to our room and had to run the gauntlet of jr high kids in the lobby, elevators, hallways.

They have a fitness center and an inside pool on the property as well.

This place was great, prices were reasonable and the coffee was good in the lobby.

They also had free wireless internet which was nice.

This hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean and the Breakfast buffet is very good.
