Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town

The location was super and the hotel was clean and quiet.

The location is very convenient to several downtown restaurants and great place for spring training.

The location of the property is perfect for anyone planning to spend time in Old Town Scottsdale and restaurant are very friendly and professional.

Parking is ample and free via an underground garage (perfect during rainy season -- your car stays dry and the hail won't damage it).

There is free parking both outside, and also an underground garage.

We are HHonors Diamond members so we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice, with a jetted tub and a very comfy bed.

The room was reasonable and the bed was comfortable.

Bad points: decor is tired, and needs to be updated; service was so-so, not that great; beds are not that comfortable; walls are paper thin (I could hear a phone conversation in the next room clearly).

The two room suites are especially spacious.

We did not use the restaurant or bar in the hotel, as there were so many choices within walking distance.

Housekeeping service was prompt and dependable, and the front desk staff was very helpful, informative and friendly.

The front desk staff and managers were totally uncaring and unhelpful.

Moreover the service at the reception was excellent from all aspect, the room was reasonable and the breakfast was very good every day.

The location is great, hotel is clean and the front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

There is a large pool outside, and a jacuzzi.

The hotel also has as 24 hour pantry in the lobby where you can grab snacks, drinks and toiletries in case you forgot something.

There was complementary coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate in the lobby every morning, and complementary lemon aid and ice water every afternoon, and warm cookies every evening.

My only issue with the hotel was that it took them until quite late in the day to clean the room, but it was spotless when they were done.

Staff are helpful, all rooms have complimentary high speed internet access and jacuzzi are very large and clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet.

The staff was friendly and courteous, room was clean and quiet, my seafood linguini was amazingly good.

The hotel was clean, pool was pristine, rooms were very well kept.
