Nicely appointed and top-class hotel in a very industrial area close to reception and the restaurant. Incredibly helpful staff, early check in. A microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room and the comfy bed. Large bathroom with a tub.

Exceptionally clean, excellent value hotel, its location was ideal and really close to mall and subway station, surprise a very good restaurant and the airport, complimentary airport shuttle, breakfast buffet. Early check-in and late check-out, parking outside the property. Everything very good. Perfect overall experience.

The place was reasonably priced. The breakfast was affordable and sensational with these high prices and gluten free options, as for instance and served by the exceptional stuff. Appreciated the way our silent room with coffee & tea was arranged. The hotel was in an efficient location so close to airport and good value, the Bar & restaurant, and the airport shuttle.

Reasonably priced place, had a really really nice stay for an one or two day visit. The staff were exceptional and incredible and the location was efficient to aiport. I appreciated the chic-style building and pleasantly decorated and silent room with coffee & tea;))

The hotel was set in a remote area near maze of streets, To / from bus depot and the airport at a specific time. Pudahuel district was definitely worth visiting.

Greatly enjoyed our evolution room with coffee & tea. The employees were caring and kept it all reasonably clean. The location turned out to be convenient, close enough to the metro station, and Terminal 2.

Convenient location near the airport and a mall for shopping and dining. The shuttle service was free and made getting around easy. The food at the hotel was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. I was woken up in the morning by a woman crying for help in the hallway.

The only negative thing during our stay was the service of the restaurant which was bad and extremely slow Another thing that can be improved is that they have a shuttle bus to the airport only on the hour and this is not very convenient

Staff was friendly and helpful and most spoke english. Restaurant food was good. The free shuttle helped me get to the airport early in the morning.

The location was barren and industrial with no other businesses or restaurants nearby. Windows do not open for fresh air. One of the two computers available was inoperable.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden and had a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the salmon with quinoa risotto - it was superb! The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, and the free shuttle in the morning made my departure hassle-free. I had a great stay and would recommend Hilton Garden to others.

It's a new hotel with great service and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great rest between our long flights. We highly reccommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The location is easy and efficient, it's so close to the terminal, more restaurants, and the city center which is a ways away.
