Hilton Garden Inn San Mateo - 圣马特奥市

It is in a location near a business park, real close to a nice shopping mall.

A very quiet location, large stores nearby within walking distance and the hotel has been recently renovated.

The location is very convenient, since good restaurants are walking distance from the hotel and the staff are extremely friendly.

The girl at the desk, who was very pleasant and helpful, called a cab for us, but the 6-mile trip to the airport cost us a hefty $40, with the tip.

All in all, with the inconvenient shuttle service and expensive cab fare to the airport, I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was very large and very clean, large flat screen tv.

Nice quiet hotel nowhere near the freeway, the morning staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was very large.

While I had a very full and tight schedule during my extended stay, in addition to the comforts and amenities at the hotel, my room was quietly situated, and I was most pleased with the superlative level of service.

The breakfast at the on-site restaurant is excellent and the hotel is in a very nice area.

I did dine in the restaurant for many meals, and found the pricing reasonable and the waiters' service superb!

Free computer use so I could print my boarding passes, pillows are warm and comfortable, breakfasts are tasty.

There were several minor issues that needed assistance at the start, but the Manager offered excellent follow-through and dedication, and the staff offered terrific support and hospitality throughout my stay.

They have a small pool which, again, we have not used.

So while I am a Hilton member, I still appreciate the little things they do including putting me on a top floor away from the elevators.

Furthermore the staff is cheerful and polite, the room is very clean, the Hilton Garden Inn San Mateo is an excellent.

Moreover the front desk is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

On the plus side, parking and wi-fi were free, the neighborhood was safe and not close to a busy road, and our room was very clean and included a fridge and microwave.

Comfortable rooms, good coffee and fresh cookies every night that the check-in desk.
