          Nice flat screen tv and nice desk/work area, great budget hotel, a breakfast only restaurant is located just off the lobby. Staff is personable and accommodating, the rooms are always clean and well maintained.

          Location is perfect and everything is connected by skyway for extra convenience, great place to stay and visit Mayo Clinic. The public areas/lobby are welcoming and the staff friendly, the beds are very comfortable, the microwave and refrig are nice for left overs from restaurants.

          This hotel is great, the staff couldn't have been any better and bed just lack the clean germ free feeling. Breakfast is very reasonable, for anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic, this is a good choice.
