The receptionist gave us inaccurate information when we asked where we should return our rental car. She told us to turn onto the Frontage Road. We found out that the lot on the Frontage Road is only for auto storage. The car had to be returned to another location near the airport terminals.

Location was good.
Signed up for a queen/king bed. All they had available was 2 doubles and could not provide what was promised - we checked in at 9:00 PM and it appears they gave our room away. My wife and I like to sleep together and we paid for it. Elevator floor was filthy - needed to be vacuumed. Not a good way to welcome you into hotel.
