The hotel is clean, at that price they should give free breakfast and the pool looked nice we didn't have time to use.
I was happy with the hotel, but not the price.
The location is perfect, the hotel is conveniently located near the Portland airport and service is excellent.
We stayed at the Hilton the first 2 nights of our trip to Maine since we got in late and the location was close to the airport.
This hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby.
We would probably try to stay in the Old Port if we returned, but would still recommend the Hilton for convenience to the airport.

We really enjoyed the Old Port area of Portland, especially the shopping and restaurants.
This hotel was in a great location and the staff at the front desk was attentive.

The service was also wonderful (desk clerks, housekeeping, & wait staff).
I found the service at this hotel to be above average and the folks at the front desk were very courteous and attentive to my needs.
There is another Hilton Garden Inn in the downtown, but they charge parking and too noisy due to the party goers in the street.
Parking is convenient and free (unlike at the downtown property).
Well, the Hilton Garden in Portland charges that.
