I liked the pool. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff helpful.

I realize the restaurant is separate but I was hoping for more not the menu.

We were able to upgrade to a king jacuzzi room for cad 15 extra which was excellent value. Large spacious room in good condition with an excellent adjustable king bed.Small food court across the road to get breakfast/snack as required.Complimentary tea and coffe in foyer.

Not really in Niagara-on-the -Lake and surroundings were pretty bleak

It was 7 miles from Niagara on the Lake--too far! Ok if you want to stay next to the highway, on the way to Niagara Falls. But there is nothing close by.

The room and the hotel were well maintained. The hotelwas quiet which made for a great night sleep and we ate a great breakfast in the morning.

The Rooms were great and very comfortable - The Hotel staff gave that little bit extra and it certainly was a great place to stay. Very close to the Highway and easy access into Niagara Falls

Its on the very outskirts of Niagara on the lake a good Jpurney into the Centre of the old town

The location was good for our purpose of visiting family; we did not want to be in the tourist area and it was close to the highway. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it had a good selection and a reasonable price.

There were no heavy blinds/curtains to make the room dark for sleeping so it was hard to put our 14 month old down to sleep at her normal bedtime because it was too bright in the room and it also meant we woke up early. Our room was also on the first floor on the right side of the hotel near an outside door that loudly slammed shut every time it was used. For some reason the staff only left us one towel on our last day.

We stayed in the jacuzzi tub room which was very nice. Pool was very quiet but small. Very nice fitness facility with state of the art treadmills.

Not easy to walk or casually bike to surrounding areas. We drove to a nearby park and rode our bikes to Niagra Falls from there.

Everything met our expectations. It was very nice.

On the next morning, the alarm clock went at 7:30 A.M. in our room, and not only once, after we shut it off, but twice. We had to pull the plug off. I guess it was preset. It was a little bit annoying.

Staff was most friendly and helpful. Our maid Nazreen helped me look for my glasses. After I'd given up and headed out, she kept looking and called after me that she'd found them. I was relieved and very grateful. The front desk staff was pleasant, attentive, prompt and volunteered helpful info. On the slightly negative side, the printer in the business room was disabled. I was disappointed in the size of the pool, but pleased to have the opportunity for exercise.

Love the bed comfort and the free homemade cookies.

The only thing that was bad the maid banged at our hotel door at 8am

This hotel was not in Niagara on the Lake, but instead in St. Catherines. It has no business calling its location Niagara on the lake. For bike riders, it's a 16 kilometer ride to Niagara on the lake from the hotel and on some very terrible roads! Also, it is a 30$ cab ride to Niagara on the lake.

The front desk staff issued us vouchers for a free breakfast for both mornings we were there because of a mix up the first night of our stay. They wrongly issued a key to our room to another guest, thinking we were registered in the room one floor higher! They were very apologetic about their mistake.

The girls at the front desk were so nice and the check-in was quick and easy. We needed directions and they were so helpful with every question I had. I would recommend this hotel and if I am every in the area again I will definitely stay there.

I thought the price for breakfast was expensive so we just went across the road to tim hortons.
