The value was appropriate given the location, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, for New York this was a pretty good size room.

My friends and I stayed at this location because we went to NYC at the last minute and it was the only hotel in the $450/night price range.

The hotel was in a great location for sight seeing and staff were generally very friendly.

The location is excellent for getting around town and 7th Avenue even smells good.

There are way too many hotels with better location and service!

My friends and I did not feel safe walking from the subway to the hotel.

But I was particularly annoyed when it came time to get a cab.

Friendly staff, rooms were on the small size.

The nearest subway is 6 blocks away) Regarding the rooms, they are nice due to everything being brand new.

Location is very good in mid-town Manhattan close to shops and the best hotel I have stayed in New York.

Also the staff are really pleasant and polite.

Small clean lobby, friendly staff and i also appreciated the complimentary wi-fi.

No thanks to the staff at this hotel, I was late for my flight.

I asked for a cab, 30 minutes later an employee walks outside and just stands there waiting for a cab to pass by.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, i felt that the room was clean.

The location is excellent for getting around town and 7th Avenue even smells good. Stuffs are kind to serve.

My friends and I stayed at this location because we went to NYC at the last minute and it was the only hotel in the $450/night price range.
