The staff at this hotel was excellent. The wi-fi connection was very good. The beds were amazing. The rooms were equipped with a fridge, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board. The hotel offered free breakfast. The views from the hotel were incredibly beautiful. The swimming pool was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, not far from the airport, malls, and Broadway/downtown.

I truly enjoyed my time at this clean and affordable hotel. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were courteous. The location is marvelous, close to the airport, local restaurants like Darfons, and Broadway/downtown.

The room was recently renovated with new furniture and available on the top floors. A fridge, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board were nice touches. The staff was efficient and helpful, assisting us in getting a shuttle to the airport. The location was absolutely perfect, next to the airport, with a nice pool and close to a non-kid-friendly restaurant and other amenities.

The hotel was spacious and exemplary. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was satisfactory. The setting was really close to Opry Mills Mall and the airport, which was convenient. The onsite restaurant was delicious. I appreciated the excellent service, including the shuttle to downtown. The lobby had refreshing lemon water available.

They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also attentive and provided great service. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with convenient access to nearby restaurants. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from both the mall and downtown area.

Staff was polite and efficient; this property (and the area) was much nicer 'looking' than typical airport area hotels. The grounds were nice with trees and flowers; the gentle hills in the area and the hotels being set back from the streets and less visible helped you feel less 'at the airport'.

Upon my recent stay at Hilton Garden, I was impressed by the attentive and professional staff. They made me feel welcome and right at home. I had an issue with the heater in my room, but it was quickly resolved. The young people working at the front desk were efficient and ensured that my comfort was their top priority.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and reasonably clean, the staff are excellent, location is magnificent near everything. The room is functional and brand-new on the top floors, everything is nice. In addition to good breakfast, the excellent service is offered. Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to airport...

hilton garden inn exceeded my expectations again! cucumber water in the lobby made me feel extra fancy. the staff was amazing and took care of my sick child, moving us to a clean room. they even called to check on us later. can't wait to go back!
