The surrounding famous Cannery Row area was a short drive away, accommodating staff was made our stay pleasant and the service was excellent.
Our room was comprable to a Heavenly room at the Westin and at least the food was good.
The pool area is nice and the hotel is located in a very good location.

Restaurant on site, serves buffet and made to order fare and was very good, overall the room was enjoyable and quiet and we had a great stay, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water was actually hot, the pool was heated, was nice on a cool evening.

The pool area was large, the hot tub, o and free internet access and a guest laundry were all welcome. Staff were very very nice, the room was awesome and the service impeccable, the Pacific Grill was definitely understaffed, at least the food was good.
