Hilton Garden Inn Monterey - 蒙特雷

This hotel was in the absolute best location for Monterey, as it was located in a central area just within blocks of everything you'd need and extremely easy to get to from the freeway.

The pool area is nice and the hotel is located in a very good location.

Adjacent street - suite didn't appear to be finished, park nearby are good walking spots and great location close to Monterey.

The downsides are, as others have pointed out, that there is somewhat more noise from the halls than would be ideal and if the hotel sold out I can see where parking would be a challenge (at least the underground parking).

Didn't care for: the underground parking.

Our room was very nice with granite counters in the bathroom and a fantastic bed with down comforter.

We had previously booked a two Queen bed room and were delighted to find at check-in that we had been upgraded to a large two Queen bedded suite with balcony overlooking the pool.

Pluses: Very friendly & efficient front desk staff; large room; comfy bed w/ nice linens; Nutregina bath products; underground parking; easy access off of Hwy 1.

Our room was very nicely appointed with a big comfy bed, clean fluffy towels etc.

The nicely decorated and very clean rooms had elegant granite countertops in the bathroom and in the bedroom for desktop, dressertop and coffee counter.

And the hotel's restaurant and lounge were closed during lunch time, so I had no place to eat a real meal while confined to the hotel with sick baby.

The continental breakfast was nice, or you could use your voucher towards a meal in the restaurant.

Our room was very nicely appointed, the breakfast at their restaurant was good enough.

The hotel has a very nice restaurant, done a bit differently than most HGI's I've stayed at, with an excellent breakfast buffet with some of the freshest fruit and produce I've enjoyed anywhere in my travels.

Fitness room aren't bad, restaurant served good dinner breakfast and great outdoor heated pool.

The lobby is beautiful and warm, great service from the front desk staff, free high speed internet in your room.

Staff: Breakfast service was *outstanding* (things like bringing the increasingly ubiquitous waffle to our table, instead of having to wait for it).

Very inattentive staff, particularly at the front desk.

The pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room aren't bad.

The pool area has a jacuzzi and a nice firepit.

The pool, spa, and outdoor fire pit were great.

And if you decide to use dial-up, you're charged per minute.

Although a bit dated, the room was very clean.

The rooms are very clean, the pool is heated.

The bathroom was clean and the breakfasts were very tasty.

Business centre were useful and the room in the hotel was clean.

The rooms were clean and well maintained as I've come to expect of Hilton Garden Inn properties.
