Great location and this hotel has nice rooms.
Good location, this hotel has all: Great beds and friendly staff.
Very nice people, great location, but dirty bathrooms.
The hotel is in a prime location for anyone who is attending a Cajun Dome function.
We were just there for a night so the location won out over the room.
Microwave and fridge in room, two queen beds, flat screen HDTV, and granite bath.
The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and rooms were very clean.
There were two pillows on each bed, however, we are used to sleeping with more.
Very new hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, warm cookies and complimentary water at check in.
The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms were not updated.
The front desk clerks and the staff at the restaurant and bar were outstanding.
There are a few fast food restaurants in the vicinity, and Mall of Acadiana is about 4 miles away.
We did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on breakfast service.
The service and food in the restaurant were outstanding.
The breakfast buffet has a good range and the hot food is cooked to order at the buffet.
You will not find a better hotel staff, from the General Manager, who you get to know at the Manager's Reception on Tuesday nights all the way to the Maintenance Man, who is alway ready to lend a hand, even if its not maintenance.
The staff was accommodating in every aspect from check-in to housekeeping and great service they provided me.
The front desk staff were all great, room was fine.
The price was fantastic and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful.
Excellent parking lot, nice indoor pool and very good common areas.
The parking lot is well-lit, and the lobby is comfortably appointed.
Pool/whirlpool area is clean, small, and inside.
Very clean rooms and the next morning at breakfast the staff were friendly.
Beds were extremely comfortable, pluses - the breakfast was good and the pool was very clean.
