This place was amazing and the people working here were super professional. 🌟 Also, the location is perfect, just near the Detroit airport which made it super convenient and easy to get around.

Newly renovated and ideal hotel managed by professional people. Liked our room that was newly renovated and very clean and available with firm beds and air conditioners, as example. The breakfast options were amazing. The location for Grand Forks was comfy, right by Grand Forks for five weeks, restaurants and shopping, and the railway.

Breakfast was missed.

The rooms here are really nice, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers.

Thanks a lot for a fab stay, we would book again. Fairly clean hotel, facilities are modern, and the location is great and unbeatable close to restaurants and shopping. Very good staff, they know their business. The property offers amazing meal in the morning, appetising food.

The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with soft and comfortable linens. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in and offering helpful service. The location was convenient, with free parking and easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The hotel's response to issues, such as lost packages and unresponsiveness, was lacking. There were also minor inconveniences like freezing rooms and luggage carts stuck in snow banks.

Bathtub was all black and dingy on the bottom like it hadn't been cleaned is months. Paint missing around door trim in bathroom, back splash ion bathroom sink area was separated by nearly 3/8 inch from countertop. Wi-Fi was slow. Wife woke up to a spider crawling on her. Overall was more like an $80 room than what we paid. Never use again.

Couldn't find the hotel from the road, sign was to far back and not lit up. Big sign on freeway but not on street.

The hotel's staff was very good and thorough. The breakfast was amazing, featured plenty of meals.

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden! The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was friendly and thorough. The rooms were clean and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary gift bags with water bottles. The breakfast was outstanding with made-to-order options and a variety of delicious choices. The location was excellent, and the internet worked well for my business needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Roomy, good food

the sign at the road was a bit small and difficult to read when driving. a larger sign would have helped as it took several attempts and inquiries to find the place

Getting into a room at all -- desk staff were helpful once they knew the problem described at right.

I made my reservation well in advance, but I am not sure that the desk staff had a record of it. There was a big wedding that day, with many guests staying in the hotel, as well as a country music concert nearby.. The room I was sent to was already occupied, and it took some time to find me space -- eventually ended up in a handicap room, which luckily was not required that night for someone who would need it. The person handling food and bar service was new on the job, and may have had minimal training, but no more, and the bartender for the wedding was not in evidence.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and a delicious breakfast included. The location was perfect, close to the university and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the selection.
