The hotel was clean, price was rather high hence the average rating and check in staff were very helpful.
Breakfast should have been included with the room as it usually is at most upscale hotels and I felt the hotel was over priced for the value we received.
Quiet location, comfortable during our stay in your hotel and the staff were pleasant.
The Hilton Garden Inn is in a very good location and this hotel is better than rated.

The location is extremely convenient to restaurants and easy access to reach the hotel from main roads.
The beds had an adjustable knob to set the bed to your own level of comfort.

Every thing was done right, from the very clean room to the really hot hot tub.
I prefer my bed a little softer but I know that is an individual preference.
The breakfast is from the Coco's restaurant next door and is not worth the extra price.
Good food/area advice, the downtown historic district and two excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast food was very good.
We did not eat at the breakfast buffett ($10/adult $5/child), but rather went next door to coco's for breakfast.
There are plenty of nearby options for breakfast so skip the hotel meal.
We had a reservation at the next door Fairfield Inn on Milton and when we walked in the elevator was broken and the front desk staff told us we had cancelled our reservation and gave no alternatives.
The front desk staff got us a reservation to Black Barts (I do not recommend the food there, but the wait staff sure can sing).
Arrived to smiling very nice front desk staff, the rooms are large and the food is excellent.
Staff at this hotel were all very nice, i'm sure the cookies muffins at the front desk were good and our room was very clean.
My only constructive criticism is I wish the pool wasn't right there basically in the lobby.
In the lobby there is a green murky so called pool enclosed by a dirt frosted glass, I was totally terrified.
Knowledgeable about the local eateries and great indoor pool.
Great staff, bathrooms spotless and good fresh food at half the price.
Furthermore very friendly staff, check-in was a breeze had fresh cookies and our room was very good & clean.
A great place to stay, good service and the rooms were clean.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, tHe room was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good.
The room is clean and the adjacent Cocos restaurant is really excellent.
