The location was comfortable and incredible for walking around Don Haskins Center Arena. Besides, it was short walk to Don Haskins event center and a restaurant for breakfast and downtown and the El Paso Chihuahua's.

Great service during our stay. The hotel is in a quiet area, pretty close to the Sun Bowl Stadium so that's pretty convenient! 🌟

The pool area was nice. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, next to the airport and El Paso from Tucson and Plaza Theater. I liked the room on level 4; my bed was very comfy.

The room had a flat-screen TV, microwave oven, and fridge which I really liked, enjoyed the view, and the service was excellent!

This place was very good overall, I had a great weekend stay here with highly courteous staff who provided early check-in, late check-out, and helped arrange a shuttle to-and-from the airport.

Overall it is an absolutely great and incredibly beautiful hotel and we loved the stay, the location was wonderful close to everything. Overall high quality food, plus there is Rib Hut close by. They care about guests, offer excellent service and shuttle to downtown. We would love to stay here again, as the property met the demands.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, right in front of UTEP and near several excellent restaurants for dining. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are of high quality. I especially enjoyed the comfortable king bed on level 4.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond when our daughter's hostel wasn't ready and provided an extra bed in our room without hesitation. Additionally, they even offered us a complimentary breakfast to ease our stress. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access from the highway and close proximity to many health care facilities. It was also conveniently located near a variety of nice restaurants, making it easy to find delicious meals.

the television did not work in my room when I checked in and they said they would send someone right away. After 45 min I had to go downstairs and complain. I was exhausted after driving 9 hours to get there and just wanted to rest and watch some TV

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, near many health care facilities and some great restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff treated me with respect and quickly attended to any requests I had. The hotel also had excellent facilities, such as a well-lit property and a courteous and professional front desk staff. it was a great stay.

The temperature controls in the room were a disappointment.

The stay was perfect with no complaints. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We loved the prime location and the staff was pleasant. The evolution king room had a heating system, a sitting area, and ironing facilities.
