The city view from the indoor heated pool was a nice touch, but the construction noise from 7 am to 2 pm was quite disruptive. However, the hotel's close proximity to Tribune Tower and the Hancock Tower made up for it with stunning views of the city skyline.

The misunderstanding left a negative impression.

The location here is wonderful and perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes. I had an amazing stay, and all this for just $54 a night!

The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile are so cozy! I loved lounging in bed watching the flat-screen HDTV and heating up late-night snacks in the microwave. Plus, the stunning views of the Chicago skyline made it feel like a dreamy escape.

Honestly, the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the limited space in the bathroom.

This place provides comfortable rooms with large beds and incredible city views, friendly staff at the reception desk, and delicious meals at the on-site restaurant.

The location of Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile is marvelous and incredible, just a short walk to great restaurants on Magnificent Mile and popular spots like Hard Rock Cafe and Rainforest Cafe. The hotel is conveniently close to the Grand/State subway station as well as many shops in the area. The room at the hotel is modern and spacious, with a wonderful view.

The building is nice and the rooms are perfectly clean and updated, with comfy beds, and the location downtown is magnificent with great views.

Had a truly memorable stay for $ 54 a night. We had a queen room which was terrific and accommodating. The staff was willing to help when needed. The location was great and stunning - close to cafés and bars. It was located in a walkable area.

My excitement for local bites was dulled by the noise of city sirens piercing through the night. Lugging my own luggage cart on check-out felt like a Windy City workout.

The hotel was clean with courteous and pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location near London Guarantee Building was marvelous. The property was in a secure area, just next door to restaurants and bars, Chicago, and restaurants/shops/tourist attractions.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, and my room was accommodating. Really enjoyed having a room with a microwave. The breakfast at the attached Grill downstairs was great, and the food was superb. The staff was willing to help and provided a helpful service. The location was great and amazing, within easy walking distance of The Loop.

The cozy lobby with a small Starbucks counter and the traditional Weber's Grill made me feel right at home. The hotel's central location, close to the train station and numerous restaurants, was perfect for us seniors. The ease of accessing frozen foods from the mini-mart style Pavilion Pantry and the Stay Fit Kit with exercise essentials at the front desk catered to our needs. The hotel's general areas were well-suited for seniors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

I wish for a better vacation experience, perhaps the children of the staff could offer more assistance with luggage for seniors.

The complimentary breakfast at the nearby restaurant looked inviting, but we didn't get a chance to try it out due to time constraints.

The rooms here are spacious, bright, and contemporary, and the amenities are excellent.
