Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place - 查塔努加

My company also uses the local HGI at Stonecrest Mall in east Atlanta GA as the off-site location for meetings.

The Hamilton Place Mall location in Chattanooga TN was no exception.

Room was outstanding with a balcony that was excellent viewing location after the ballgame.

Great hotel, great location and great hotel staff.

Everything else can be reached by bus which is free.

2 rooms one with 1 bed and one with 2 beds.

The rooms were extremely clean, with the most comfortable king size bed I have slept on in a long time.

12:30 (slightly early for checkin) we were told that there would be no rooms available until 3:00 further they had no 2 bed rooms left.

Our room was very nice and it is standard for all rooms to have a refrigerator and microwave.

The bathroom was very clean, the tub didnt run as nice as I would have hoped but was not bad enough to call the front desk.

The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi make for great winter trips and the breakfast is absolutely great--especially if you can find a rate that includes the the breakfast bar.

There is also a myriad of restaurants around the mall, including Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, O'Charleys, Applebee's and Shoney's and all of the standard-issue fast food joints one can think of.

There is plenty of restaraunts in the area so breakfast is not really a big deal.

We do agree with other reviewers, that it would be nice if breakfast was included since that is the trend at most suburban hotels these days but they did offer great cookies at check-in!

There was no continental breakfast, but that was no problem.

Airport shuttle service was very good, the HGI staff was friendly and the manager graciously brought out two cold cans free for her.

Great hotel staff, superb service and room was nice.

Not the regular 'Managers Reception' you find at some other HGIs'.

Well equipped fitness room and lovely pool.

There is a fitness center with a glass window and a pool / whirlpool connected.

The pool can accomodate 25 and the spa 8.

The also have a business center with two pc's connected to the internet with free printing for those who dont want to travel with your laptop.

The bathroom was very clean and pillows were soft and comfortable.

Well equipped fitness room, clean, new equipment, all seemed to be in working order.

The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly, room was fresh immaculate.
