  Great location, best value and home baked cookie aroma permeated the gorgeous lobby. Staff were friendly helpful and the Suite was well worth the price. Free breakfast was fantastic and gym were clean and nice.

  Free business center, great Hotel and gorgeous lobby. Incredibly friendly staff, very comfy beds and the breakfast was like a buffet at a fine dining restaurant. Pool was nice.

  A great lodging option in the bend/Redmond area, beautiful hotel and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was amazing and we also appreciated all the choices we had for the free breakfast.

  The view was beautiful and the fireplace was a great surprised, we loved the location of the hotel, the morning complimentary breakfast was FANTASTIC. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, hot tub were indoor and clean.

  The rooms are large and ours had a river view and two bedrooms, the setting is perfect, the front desk staff and the cleaning staff are great. The pool and hot tub are also nicer than most, restaurant is very good.

  The location worked out just fine, i'm assuming the place was renovated and the room was above our expectations, the neighborhood was isolated and staff nice.

  Location is perfect, the outside of the hotel is also very nice and next to this room is the indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant leaves a great deal to be desired.

  Great views and you walk back and forth to the river, definitely recommended for a comfortable stay off the beaten downtown path, personal safe in each room would be a big plus.
