Hilton Daytona Beach/Ocean Walk Village

Aside from the two issues listed above I believe this hotel to provide great service in a great location right next to the beach.

This is a top-of-the-line place with the best location on the Daytona Beach.

WIth that being said - the view from the room was awesome, the staff was nice and responsive, and the location was great.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and to relatives.

And then, they had one foot shower to rinse your feet before going into the hotel.

Small bathroom with an extra sink outside and comfortable beds (queens in the two-bed rooms).

Suite was a great size, bathroom was spotless and very large, king bed was very comfortable with good quality linens, but the furniture was a little outdated.

Great rooms, someone said ealier how great the beds were and he is right- my bed at home isnt as comfortable.

The rooms are clean and there were two sinks - one in the bathroom and the other just outside - which is great when you have so many in one room.

However, I asked for the rate of my oceanfront king bed room and was quoted a rate of $185 plus tax per night.

That being said, the bartenders and waiters who make up the staff at both indoor bars (sports bar and lobby lounge), as well as the waitstaff and greeters at the indoor restaurant - leave alot to be desired.

The restaurants attached to the hotel were good, and the Mai Tai bar was a great spot to have a nice glass of wine to end the day.

The desk clerk also said we'd get free breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

The sports bar and the clocktower lounge in the hotel had great drinks and the typical bar food menu.

I recommend the Sports Bar to eat and the Pool for drinks and Apps.

The thing that most stood out for me about our stay was how all the staff we interacted with (front desk, valet, housekeeping,shop, fitness) had a good attitude and were very friendly/welcoming.

Food and Service- Staff was helpful and polite, bellboy told us what was available while walking to room.

The front desk staff was extremely outgoing and helpful, upon check in and the two other times I stopped to ask them a question.

All the staff (bellpersons', valet staff, front desk staff) were extremely attentive.

You are unable to access the rooftop pool , gym or any floors above the 3rd without a room key in the elevator.

The hotel is upscale throughout with a large lobby, a spa, two pools, a couple of restaurants and bars including a high-end steakhouse, mostly oceanfront rooms and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean at their doorsteps.

The south tower of the hotel also has a pool and gym.

The ocean front rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was very clean and never heard a sound from neighbors in room on both sides of me.

The rooms are clean and well furnished the staff is wonderful and helpful.

My room was in the North Tower, well kept and clean all around.

They have lots of amenities and the room was very clean.
