  The best location and service, in the mornings the hot water would just stop working, the car park people were extremely friendly, quick and helpful. The decor was very nice throughout the hotel, prices were extremely reasonable and staff were friendly. Bathroom was clean and spacious, the dinner we had in the restaurant was great.

  Great location for the park cities, also, many ATM/banks within 2 blocks as well and nice hotel in a pretty area of Dallas. Overall for the price paid, free wireless in lobby only and the staff were professional and courteous. The room was fine, the Sunday buffet was really good and theo the concierge was incredible.

  The location is perfect for Preston Center, hilton Park Cities is Fantastic and the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The price is also very reasonable and the staff are great and always friendly. The rooms are large, breakfast is an hour long ordeal unless you do the buffett.

  The wife appreciated the location; perfect for shopping, well, the Hilton Park Cities does just that and in walking distance to great restaurants. Always a fantastic stay and lobby and guest room very nice and clean. Service were very good, the beds were super comfy I loved and the free breakfast was the best I have every had. The facilities, also, were a little disappointing.
