The location is good and the hotel is conveniently located in a great part of the city.

The location is perfect for Preston Center, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are great.

Very nice area of Park Cities just off of the Dallas North Tollway and the location of this hotel is also a huge plus.

Each time I have arrived at this property I have found my bed turned down with chocolates on the pillows, ice in my bucket, with complimentary bottled water awaiting.

Two minor complaints: 1) I agree that the walls are thin; and 2) the breakfast fare in the Executive Lounge was a bit spartan.

The hotel gym is a joke and they charger $14 for valet parking which is mandatory.
