  Right out the door to the square and loads of good restaurants. We did not use the gym but the facilities and swimming pool looked nice. The staff at the Hilton were very friendly and the restaurant/bar off the lobby were just gorgeous.

  Suite which is nice because it has a sitting area and bedroom so there are no complaints about size, it just is not what I expected for $225+ per night.

  It just seems like everything is really, really old and outdated – wallpaper, paint, carpet, furniture, etc.

  In fact all they had available was a queen size bed on the 3rd floor (next to a banquet facililty) and lets just move along now. Upon learning we were Hilton Honors members the whole attitude changed and we were ushered to our lovely 26th floor room with the two Queen beds and a nice view of the river.

  Rooms were huge and luxurious, and included phone (local calls 75c), T-card Internet access ($10 per day), full bath, and 20 channel TV. Hotel is one block from Fountain Square, three blocks from the Underground Railroad Museum, and connected to Cincy Skywalk. Staff was quite welcoming and helpful, although (1) one day the room did not get cleaned till 6:30 pm and (2) staff did not know where to find a florist that was still in business. TV checkout made that process literally a matter of seconds. Great downtown location, classic opulent hotel.

  Parking is $17 per day, but cheaper rates are readily available in either on street or at nearby lots.

  00 per day; however, if you look at the cost of parking in the city. We got two rooms and both of them were great.

  There were no crowds or elevator issues during my stay. As I traveled from the airport by cab, no valet parking issues either. The desk staff that night was very accommodating and put quite a bit of effort into pleasing the guests. The suite was actually a huge room, the biggest I have ever stayed in. By the door, a desk, then a sitting area with a full sized sofa, two chairs and the armoire containing the television and finally a very comfortable king sized bed against the far wall. There were three closets with a ton of room and a good sized, fully up to date bathroom. The room had a decent view of the riverfront.

  The only minus was that the water never really got hot during my morning shower.

  This is a nice, maybe even historic building smack in the center of town, next door to a few good restaurants and shopping. The valet parking is efficient and prompt,however allow 15 min or so to get your car back. 95/day, however, there are several wireless connection you can access without any problems from you room for free. The rooms are clean, good beds, plenty of towels and quality toiletries you can expect in a Hilton.

  I usually get a junior suite and last time I had one with 2 bathrooms, traveling alone was useless for me, but I guess a family might benefit from it.

  The main restaurant is simply amazing with both excellent food and a very glamorous multi story decor. There are different types of rooms, older, more original rooms and newer rooms. However, the rooms are not the strong point. You'll get a nice comfortable room but no more than that. Of the hotels to visit, this is the one to stay in if you like art deco architecture and old world charm at budget prices. Stay at the Westin if you want a modern room. It's a good central choice for a weekend stay -- excellent food, grand lobby, marble and brass everywhere and guests even have access to a very very large private gym with pool, sauna, and steam room in the lowest level of the hotel.

  My main complaint was the bed: it was hard and not very comfortable. The room was clean, and I did not see any obvious evidence of wear-and-tear. I did appreciate the valet service, as I arrived late at night.

  The bed was great and I loved the pillows. I did not have a car and found the attached shopping mall with a food court to be a big plus so I didnt have to order room service.
