Hilton Charlotte University Place - 夏洛特

The location is really great, the hotel is located in an office park/shopping area near UNC-Charlotte.

The hotel's location was close to the University and shopping.

The location is convenient to 85 north and this hotel is great for buiness or personal stay.

There is a rental carcounter in the hotel and I inquired about renting a car there an dropping it at the airport but they tack on a fifty dollar fee for doing that so it was not worth it.

I rode in an SUV to the airport for forty dollars.

Got a competitive rate, and a really nice room with a King bed on upper floor; hotel is in the process of renovating and I believe I got one of the newly re-designed rooms.

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable, had clean crisp white bedding and lots of big pillows.

I'd booked a room with two double beds and it was showing online as unavailable and gave me a choice of several other smoking rooms on the non-Exec level floors despite my profile suggesting I was after non-smoking rooms.

Phoned ahead to ask to verify room type but was told that we must wait until we arrived to request bed type and non-smoking--not much left after midnight!

The bed in our room was so worn out that my husband woke up with back pain and the shower curtain smelled of mildew after a couple of minutes in the shower.

If you want breakfast in the morning it is cheaper to go to the restaurant rather than room service for the same food.

Was told that I couldn't use HHonors Gold status to get two breakfasts as I had been moved to Executive Floor so had two breakfast coupons.

We did not try the on site restaurant as we like to find local cuisine when we travel around the US.

The location of this hotel is great - the boardwalk provides the opportunity to walk to shops and restaurants.

We did enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet at the hotel dining room each morning.

It is unfortunate that the front desk staff do not provide good customer service since the rest of our stay was great.

Great service from concierge, drivers, and employees.

They have a nice swimming pool, excellent room service, and free parking.

There is a fitness center and a pool, however the pool was covered due to the season temperatures.

Because I was at work most of the time I didn't get to use the pool and other amenities on the property.

Went off to the concert at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre just a 5 min drive away, enjoyed the tailgate and a great concert.

There were a number of things that were especially good about this property--free wireless was one.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
