The employees managing the concierge desk at the front were great, the check-in process was efficient.
The hotel was clean and the service was wonderful.
Nice shopping center is around the corner in walking distance, the bar area is VERY tiny for such a large hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the 11th floor and the view from the room was fantastic, the hotel was lovely, staff were very patient and helpful. The bed and pillows were great, many options and the food was good, the facilities were pretty nice overall.
