The location of the hotel is not very desirable unless you have a rental car but the hotel interior had much more character than I expected for something in an office park type setting.

The location was good, the hotel staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice and clean.

The location is decent - close enough to Charlotte, with a few restaurants within walking distance.

I thought it was a very nice hotel with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and internet service in the room for 10 dollars a day.

I will say that the bed was very comfortable, the guestroom looked nice - especially the well appointed bathroom.

The good - bed was comfortable, towels were nice and thick.

The lobby looked nice, great Service and the good - bed was comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and the good - bed was comfortable.

Only continental breakfast was available even though we were supposed to have the full buffet.

The resturants were also very nice and clean and the food was good.

Since I am a Diamond member, I was able to use the Executive Lounge and that was very nice.

The lobby looked nice, but front desk staff was not terribly friendly when we checked in, which ruined our initial first impression.

However, I was later told by one of the front desk staff that it was actualy a hotel malfunction.

The hotel was in good conditon, the lobby was very nice and clean, the staff there was very friendly.

The moment I arrived, I was greated by a friendly staff.

The staff there was very friendly and the food and the atmosphere was very relaxing and nice.

Waiter said that we would have to pay difference if we ordered off the menu.

Large bathroom and clean and the food was good.
