Overall, this is an absolutely lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again (especially at the price I paid).

Ina great location, comfortable hotel and good price.

The price was low, but so was the quality of the hotel.

After hotwire gave this hotel a 4 star, i felt excited to try it out (especially since I got such a good price), but after my 4 hour drive, i was disappointed in a few ways.

Nice place, good location, especially if you are looking for something close to the convention center.

The location is good if you like to be close to everything.

Buffet breakfast ($17) served in a temporary location (meeting room), but huge variety, smoked salmon, frest fruit, potatoes, grits, omelette station, and very attentive service from the waitstaff.

It is only a quick cab ride from the airport to the hotel.

There are a lot of cabs in front of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the view was great.

Rooms recently updated with flat screen tv, very comfortable bed and huge shower.

The room had a king sized bed that was to-die-for comfortable, nice large desk, coffee pot (with tea too), and comfortable chairs.

The restaurant called Coastal Kitchen offered a great breakfast buffet (best in the Hilton chain that I have had) and a few weeks prior had a terrific lunch there while passing through.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant and It was very good.

They have a beautiful restaurant on the 4th floor that offers a breakfast buffet for $17 for adults and $8.

There are a number of inexpensive restaurants close by: Pizzeria Uno, another pizza-by-the-slice place, plus a mexican restaurant and fish place.

I checked out early the next day, and did not have a chance to go to the lounge for breakfast.

Great stay at the Hilton, guest service staff were friendly and accommodating, the food room had a nice variety of cookies.

The elevator from parking garage takes you to the wrong "lobby".

Two complaints: Tardy elevators; and an arduous, maze-like, death march from the parking garage down to the lobby.

You park on the "Red Levels" I believe for the hotel, then get in the parking garage elevator and go three or four floors down to get to the entrance to the hotel, then you have to walk down again to get to the check-in desk.

Wired and wireless high-speed internet are available in the room.

I found the wireless net to be very slow and drop numerous connections.

My room on the 19th floor was neat and clean and provided a wonderful view of Uptown Charlotte.

The staff was very professional, room was clean and the food was very good.

The hotel has beautiful tiled STANDUP showers, the service was great and my room on the 19th floor was neat and clean.

Furthermore friendly staff, check-in was quick and the rooms were nice and clean.

The location is perfect, good hotel you are attending convention and the service at the front desk seemed somewhat dry and uninterested. The TV is huge, the restaurant have gone through a great renovation.

The business center is nice and the hotel rooms are newly renovated. Staff is very friendly and the bathroom's are huge and modern. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money.

Within a short walking distance of an array of restaurants and the lobby is very small.

Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, good location and this hotel was very nice. The lobby areas were gorgeous, the front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in person was so helpful. Bed was new, mattress were super comfortable and the food was very warm.

The price was low and the elevator was slow at times.
