During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast offered was excellent and the seating area outside was nice to relax in. the hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance to a shopping area and town center.

The pillows provided were too soft and flattened easily, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. although the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, one reviewer reported experiencing rude staff who turned them away despite available rooms.

Enjoyed staying at this place with its convenient location, making it a great starting point to explore the area.

The breakfast was excellent and overall our stay was good! A cool bonus was nearby Kiki's Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

Great location behind a supermarket. Peaceful and well-landscaped setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast with lots of choices.

Rooms had a strange odor. Limited lighting over desk area.

Overcharged on credit card. Staff not helpful. Finally said they had put the money back on my credit card only to take it off again. Queried this on checkout and was promised a phone call when original member of staff came on duty. Not heard anything since. Extremely expensive breakfast and internet use

An excellent welcome from the front desk, very accomodating to our needs, swift check-in procedure. Very comfortable room and excellent facilities. Very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast (room service) was a bit on the cold side and wasn't exactly what was ordered.

Only stayed the one night but the staff were friendly my room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and through Booked.net I got the room at a very good price.

The deluxe room was overrated and overpriced as was dinner service and food Staff polite but not attentative enough had to ask 4 times for a drink that had been previously ordered at the table. It wasn't busy. Very noisy with internal doors banging constantly. Much better value at Hilton Liverpool.

The room service food was excellent although it took too long to receive our two chicken sandwiches but to be fair the man who delivered said it was "on the house" due to the long wait.

It should have a swiming pool as most Hiltons do!

Very clean light & airy reception/bar aea. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room.

The bedroom was a little dark but otherwise no complaints

The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and willing to help especially as I had made a mistake with my booking which needed sorting out

I was given a disabled room which although gave plenty of access in the bedroom area if I had been disbaled I could not have used the shower as there was not enough room to stand yet alone usie the seat provided. Also the shower cutrains had a mind of their own and continually draped them around you as you showered in the small space left.
