  The location was beautiful and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly, the hotel itself was quite nice, the service throughout was understated and quiet and efficient. The room was decent, breakfast was delicious and the waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The pools were sparkling.

  The city itself 's worth visiting due to its colonial past and great value. For the prices we paid that is redicules, the staff is very helpful and the renovated rooms look very nice and are very comfortable. A huge terrace full of paint stains, breakfast is awesome and the gym is awesome, big, well equipped.

  The view was good and the room was standard, this hotel was amazing to us. The service was incredible and the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. The food was awesome, the pool was beautiful.

  Nice pool area and enjoyable Stay. Fabulous style, great staff and large groups, AND NOTHING ELSE. The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious.

  Cartagena is a very romantic city and we'd love to go back sans kids, the beach coast is a nice at this hotel, service is excellent and very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the food is cafeteria food at best as far as buffet. The pools are great.

  The ocean front rooms have a great view of the harbor and the ocean, the location of hotel is the best in Cartagena. Staff is friendly and attentive, huge soaking tub and rain shower, the food is good. Pool is quite nice.

  The old town is truly amazing, the receptionists are unprofessional and the registering took more than 30 minutes.

  The room was very large and had a great view to the caribbean sea, this hotel was amazing, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our bed was a queen size very comfy and the pool was very good, nice and clean.

  Cartagena is a wonderful place and the service is amazing. The executive rooms are excellent, the spa is nice too and again very cheap.

  The rides to 2nd ave and the old city are 5000 pesos not to shabby, restaurant menu is limited.

  The hotel room was good, the front desk staff were very professional and helpful, our bed was a KING and VERY comfy. The service at the bar was great.

  The location was fine and a cheap taxi ride to the old city and airport, breakfast was not included either and was overpriced as well.

  Cartagena is very beautiful, service is very good and the rooms are very beachy feeling and nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and pools are the best part and provide great fun.

  And Cartagena is such a beautiful and fun city to stay at, the rooms are very spacious, the Pools are very nice and clean.

  The Cartagena hilton is an example of the latter kind of hotel, a fridge in each room is well stocked and the pool is beautiful and clean.
