Hilton Cardiff Hotel - 加地夫

Having spent a number of years in Cardiff, I can't think of a hotel with a better location close to the shops and the stadium/castle.

Comfortable and very good value in the centre of Cardiff, central location close to all visitor attractions service at the hotel was excellent.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to all of the shops and many restaurants.

Before leaving for dinner we asked the concierge about bus and train times leaving Cardiff for the airport at about 05.

The concierge told us that there were definitely no trains as Cardiff Airport had no train station.

It was a fantastic hotel,polite and friendly staff ,The suite was clean, bed comfy,the room was overlooking the road however it was quiet.

Room was very clean and spacey and the bathroom was the largest I have seen in a UK hotel, toilet, bath, corner shower and huge sink with mirror.

The room was a good size, with a massive and comfy bed, and a great sized bathroom.

On the plus side, for £84 it was a fantastic room, the bathroom was huge and the bed superb.

The price in the restaurant/bar are a little expensive but there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in Cardiff nearby due to this hotels excellent location.

It is centrally placed, near the Millenium Stadium and ideal for shopping or eating out, although the hotel restaurant and Steam Room bar offered a great choice of food.

Ours only included continental breakfast in the exec lounge, and if you wanted full English (sorry, Welsh) you had to pay extra to go to the restaurant on ground floor.

We ate in the Razzi restaurant which was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

Although the hotel was lovely, bar and restaurant are worth avoiding, overpriced drinks and food which are quite disappointing.

Welcoming and efficient reception staff, very friendly greetin upon arrival from the receptionist, bed was the best I've ever slept in.

For a large hotel the personal service was impressive, from the doorman in the top hat, to the front desk staff, restaurant staff.

The staff on front desk and concierge were really friendly and very helpful.

Clean room all in a very central location, being woken very early by the noise outside the hotel was enjoyable and the service from all staff was fantastic.

We used the swimming pool which was very good, located indoors with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

There is a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and a small gym.

Although the jacuzzi was not warm enough for my taste and the steam room out of order, the pool and sauna were both excellent.

Very well appointed clean and tidy (room 723) on the executive floor with access to the executive lounge which I really cant remember booking, however, not going to complain.

The rooms were also very nice, spacious and clean.

Service was very efficient, the rooms were very clean and continental breakfast was served here.

The bathroom was big, with a very large shower and was absolutely spotless - no mildew anywhere, which was a pleasant change from some 5* hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel was clean, room was perfect, the lounge was great.
