Great value hotel, very good prices and the staff was pretty friendly.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and we found this property to be the best choice in all of Cairo for families or those who want more than just a hotel room at a hotel room price.

The location is very good and the lobby is very nice.

You can haggle ALMOST ANYYTHING but be honest a taxi across town for $3 when a local could get it for $2.

Use taxis - it's like a disney ride - they're crazy!

The Royal Suite we booked consisted of 2 bedrooms, a huge living room/dining room, a full kitchen, an office that also has a bed (3rd bedroom), 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtub and shower), and a massive balcony overlooking the city.

We were in a HUGE apartment comprising 2 bedroom, plus study (which is really a 3rd bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, enormous lounge/dining area with large balcony overlooking the city, a separate kitchen and laundry.

It is a large apartment with a good size lounge and dining area a decent kitchen with a dishwasher, three toilets two showers one bath and a good size terrace.

Reasonable value, service was exceptional and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I had stayed in very nice hotels for reasonable prices, but this hotel sure beats the other deals, the location is good and you are actually not renting a hotel room, you are getting a nice apartment where several people can enjoy themselves.

Restaurant - emtpy most nights and empty for breakfast too but food lovely apart from the Chicken covered in green spit (local dish best to be avoided).

The food in the restaurant was very good, a simple 15m x 10m pool was 265cm at its deepest.

You can cook if you want or just go out to eat in any of the many boat restaurants along the Nile.

The beds were comfortable, the Bar was AMAZING and the food was really great.

The restaurant is small and food is decent and moderately priced.

The lobby is very attractive and staff are very friendly.

The entire place needs a good scrubbing and staff very helpful.

The staff even had their own entrance door.

Food at Conrad next door lovely but service hopeless.

The waiters were very kind and polite, the pool was always clean and welcoming.

Pool on roof also empty and freezing (not heated).

Good views of the river, great stay and probably similar in square footage to my entire house - 3 bedrooms. The lobby is very attractive and staff are very friendly. Bathroom fittings are ancient and das Essen im Restaurant war trotz der kleinen Portionen super.

Great view of the area from our 13th floor unit, the hotel is very nice and a third TV in the other bedroom would have been better. Also restaurants are good and cheap.

Hassles of a hotel in a big city of a developing nation and staff: Helpful. Furthermore a large living room and tea or coffee was included as well.

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and the pool was pretty poor.

Polite and helpful staff, room: Huge. Food at Conrad next door lovely.

We easily transported all over the city for very little cost and as could the busy road outside. Sure the interior design is a bit dated.
