This hotel has a brilliant location and is excellent value for money.
Well located for central Cairns, great hotel and very reasonable price on Booked.
It is one of the best value 5 star hotels we have stayed in.
We only stayed a night at the Hilton but this was the nicest hotel and best service we received throughout the trip and for a ridiculously cheap price as well (not sure how my mate managed to book it though).
The location is really nice, excellent multi-story hotel situated right on the waterfront and the bedroom part looks slightly renovated and new.

The spa suite is exactly the same as the normal rooms, only with a nicer bathroom that has a spa bathtub.
We had breakfast/drinks in the Executive-lounge but we took a look at the breakfast buffet in the restaurant and this was also great!
The outdoor restaurant/bar was fun, and the food good, and not too pricey for a hotel.

The porters, desk staff, and concierge were all very helpful and friendly.
