The location is superb and the hotel is located in a special place of the city - Puerto Madero - close to good restaurants.

It is located within walking distance (10 minutes by foot) to Florida street, which has some of the best shopping in Buenos Aires.

Our room was huge with a flat screen TV, big closet, big bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Our room was very nice and bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub.

The suite was simply gorgeous and included two 50 inch plasma HDTV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and room service was excellent.

Even the standard rooms include a massive double bed and a work desk area with (pricey $20 a day) internet connection.

The lounge is a quiet place for breakfast that overlooks the pool and is much more pleasant than a large restaurant.

It is truly a fantastic restaurant with French-influenced cuisine and an extensive wine list, and the service is very friendly too.

Restaurant is overpriced, especially breakfast.

We did not try the Hilton restaurant largely because there are plenty of fine restaurants in the surrounding area.

Downstairs they had a coffee bar where I drank too many Cafe con Leche as well as a breakfast buffet that had an excellent selection for starting the day.

Services provided by the concierge, room service, front desk, bell boys, and operators were always lacking in some way.

The reception staff and concierge were very efficient and helpful.

The staff was incredible,knew our names from the moment we stepped out of the taxi upon arrival,the concierge desk was very helpful in making dinner reservations,hiring a driver and setting up day trips.

The wonderful concierge staff was happy to check status on our lost luggage, and to make multiple dinner and tour reservations for us during the week we were there.

So the spa and pool was under repairs,they sent me to a local gym,paid for the taxi's both ways and I was able to work out.

The pool, gym and spa are GREAT - spend some time here.

Pool and spa were great, clean and CHEAP.

The rooms are standard Hilton rooms, clean and quiet.

Our room was spacious, modern, scrupulously clean, and well-appointed.

The room was kept exceptionally clean by the staff, even though most days we didn't leave the room until noon or so.
