The location is very central, the hotel is good located and al rooms have bathtubs as well as a separate shower cubicle.

Hilton West End is the one primarily designed and located for busines people in a busy main road location.

Excellent location next to the train station (Nyugati) and metro hubs.

But here's a tip: the hotel is about a block from an underground metro hub with several very inexpensive cafe and pastry bars.

One word of advice - Don't use the hotel taxi's waiting outside the hotel as it is 3 times more expensive than the normal taxis, whom I learnt later had to pay a fee to the hotel.

The hotel is very modern and well designed, the bedrooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms, they have a walk in shower as well as bath tub.

The room was great: very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

Our room in the hotel was splendid, we were upgraded to the Exec floor on the 4th floor and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a standard kingsize room which was a good size and a bathroom with bath and large separate shower cubicle.

We had a room with twin beds and it was spacious, the bath was a nice size, with a walk in shower and had le source products which i liked.

The good thing is the shopping mall have restaurants open late at night so if you dont want to eat in the Hotel or walk to a restaurant further away then you have plenty of options.

I particularly like the Karma restaurant, but there are a number of other choices, including McDs and TGIFriday's, as well as a food-court set up with choices of different cuisines.

A well equipped Gym is on the 4th floor as well as the restaurant which serves excellent Buffet breakfast.

A so so hotel with indifferent staff and incredibly expensive bar and restaurant which are dead and characterless, apart from suits on business.

Service staff, starting from check in, concierge and breakfast room were helpful and nice.

The hotel was clean, the service in their Zita Cafe was fabulous and concierge did a superb job following up.

In general the staff of this hotel are very helpful and friendly, in particularly the concierge staff who had help me in calling the train station to locate my lost jacket.

There was a terrace where you could sit outside with a drink and contemplate your day or sit on a sun lounger and relax and if you felt up to it, there was a well equipt gym with a sauna.

But a respectable gym with free sauna makes up for this from my point of view.

Location wise it's very good and the West End Shopping centre is accessable from the hotel lobby.

Budapest was beautiful, all the staff were extremely helpful and the room itself was very nice and clean.

The rooms were spotless and breakfast was simple - sausages/eggs/bacon.
