For the price we paid this hotel was OK and the staff were helpful.
Great location, a nice place to stay and the staff people were always helpful and pleasant.
Comfortable lounge areas and location is in hotel square.
The location is very good, i experienced two thefts from my hotel room on two separate occasions and the staff are super friendly.

The hotel itself was fine, the staff was good specially mustapha one of the top man he had great attitude of speaking to clients and the bed was very comfortable.
New and modern in its decor, service generally excellent made up for other problems, the bed was comfortable.
Hotel - reception were pleasant, staff were helpful and the shower room was a large toilet.
Furthermore nice sized bathroom and pleasant bar/restaurant.
The room was large and from breakfast to evening meals was of a high standard.
Free appetizers in the bar during happy hour and nice sheets.
The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast is good.
Since people are no longer allowed to smoke, even the restaurant is now agreeable.
Also the decor of the hotel is fantastic, front desk staff helpful and the automatic sensor for the bathroom light is a bit odd.
A very helpful man knocked at our door two minutes after we informed the recertion about the problem, the lobby/reception is smart and the front desk is not all too knowledgeable.
The staff doesn't do customer service very well.
A chaise longue Decor was nice, staff were very helpful and most of the employees spoke very good English.
