  Breakfast was fine and staff very helpful in this area, the stay just went downhill from there. Service at reception was fast and efficient i arrived, restaurant was also very uncomfortably hot.

  The view out of the windows looks onto a yard should be cleaned up, the hotel has a great location on the seafront and has an imposing frontage, on the positive side, the service is nice and friendly.

  Other areas of service were good and the decor of the shared parts were very nice. Again, the staff there were helpful and friendly, the food I have to say was absolutely fantastic.

  All the public areas we did see were very clean and well maintained, the service at the hotel was excellent, the spa staff were good too.

  The rooms were very old fashioned and my friends room had no room at all, the other meals we ate were absolutely awful.

  A good location, right on the sea front and close to the town centre, the WORST Hotel I have ever stayed in. Service is excellent, i also liked the breakfast/restaurant room is really beautiful.

  The hotel, including our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, all the staff were helpful and friendly, the rate was pretty good and included taxes and breakfast.

  The duty manager was very young, rude and totally overwhelmed by the situation, the bar area felt like an old people's home on the seafront. Bed was uncomfortable.

  Excellent service and wonderful breakfast.

  Its location is great as not in the centre of the noisy nite life, the cost of parking is expensive at £14 per day and the bathroom is tired and has an unpleasant odour.
