  The shopping area just steps from the hotel is wonderful and the rooms are well appointed and attractive and the beds are heavenly.

  Very spacious and comfy bed, the food was great, the service was great and a very friendly staff.

  The street noise was not bad at all, the view of Lake Taneycomo was great and the hotel was nice and clean. The service was very accomodating, the bed was very comfortable and the food at the resturants was perfect. Pool was huge.

  Starbucks just across the street was very nice and convenient, the location was great. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were super friendly, the room was clean and the hallways were clean. Food was very good.

  Convention center was very nice, the hotel staff were very friendly at all times and the beds were comfortable and having a refrigerator in the room was handy. The food was excellent and the facilities were luxurious, clean.

  Very clean, great location, great room and very nice hotel. High price unless you find a good special rate and staff are very friendly. The bathrooms are spacious and the sheets had that brand new feel of clean. Towels are available at the pools.

  The location is great and the staff is friendly, hotel is very nice, clean, super nice rooms valet parking cleanliness. The outdoor pool is much bigger, and plenty of lounge chairs.
