The location cannot be better and the hotel is very well located in the middle of Bath overlooking the river.
Good central location, comfortable Hotel surroundings centrally located in city centre and staff really friendly and polite.
The location is excellent and all in easy reach of the hotel.

Bed was really comfy, breakfast was good and the dinner coupon was excellent value.

The staff were excellent, the female receptionist helped us at about 1130 on Fri 10th Dec was exceptionally friendly & charming and the room was comfortable.

The central location was fantastic, hotel staff were friendly and the lady at the front desk was very welcoming.
The staff were: kind, well I am not a journalist or the owner of Hilton and really comfy pillows in.
Only a few minutes walk from the fantastic thermae spa.
Food hot, complimentary wine and the cafe in the spa is good.
We were told of the parking arrangements but advised that as we had a car badge parking outside the hotel was free also there were fifteen spaces allocated free of charge at the next door car park for badge holders.
Also the service was excellent and the room was clean.
Additionally the rooms were clean, breakfast was good.
The staff throught our stay were very pleasant and helpful the room was exceptionally clean.
