Hilton Basingstoke - 贝辛斯托克

Excellent location and everything about the hotel was good.

This Hilton property is in a very convenient location adjacent to the M3 and within 10 minute walking distance of downtown Basingstoke.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Basingstoke, about 3 Kms or 30 mins on foot from the Railway Station.

Last - the hotel is not located near town so you need to take a taxi to get anywhere if you don't have a car.

We had a family room which consisted of a large double bed and a sofa bed which was already made up when we arrived.

The hotel is in a nice location close to the M3 we stayed in a family room which was more than adequate for our needs it was very spacious with a double bed for us and a sofa bed for the kids( which they seemed to love both times) a t.

Bed was very comfortable though and bathroom clean.

One of the lights above the bed was broken & the bathroom light flickered on & off all the time.

The room was tiny and made even smaller with a fold out bed and a travel cot set up.

We ate in the Conservatory restaurant and the food was terrific - even if you didn't want to stay the meal was first class.

The restaurant and bar staff are very courteous and anxious to provide good service.

Both bar and restaurant staff could not have done more for us.

The restaurant head chef is very innovative and varies the menu constantly providing interesting options for food.

The restaurant was great and the kids ate & drank free.

Staff at reception were friendly enough and said I was assigned a refurbished room.

When we checked in the single member of front desk staff was overwhelmed by a long queue of people trying to check in.

The room service staff turned it back on, but this time on full power.

I know that the English are often reluctant to complain but I was present when several dissatisfied customers were berating staff at Reception when checking out on Sunday morning, all with similar grievances.

Used swimming pool and sauna - nobody else in pool so we had no problems - this was about 3am.

Be careful not to fall in it as you enter the Living Well Health Spa from the hotel lobby.

The bad: tiny gym, no elevator, location,.

The rooms have been refurbished and everything was clean and working.

For a one night stay was good value all round, the staff were all helpful and informative, the room was very clean.

This hotel was certainly not up to the standard of other Hiltons we had stayed in but our room was just what we expected from a converted motel - warm, clean and comfortable but not spacious.

The girl on reception was very pleasant, the room was clean and adequate for our needs.

The bathroom was nice and clean and had plenty of freebies.
