Location is great , opposite the railway station and this hotel is fine for a short stay. The staff are very courteous and helpful, the concierge is decidedly friendly, internet service is available through the TV and a wireless keyboard. The breakfast is absolutely rich and will fill you for the day.

Our room was quite spacious, comfortable and we had a great view of the Basel SBB from the window, all aspects of the hotel were excellent, the staff at the reception was simply the best and very helpful. The bathroom had a decent size bath, breakfast included was very good.
