Hilton Austin - 奧斯汀

It was located near the elevator & ice room - ideal location.

The location is fantastic and this hotel is a great place for a conference.

Pros: Good location for nightlife, nice hotel and the lobby is beautiful.

Not too happy about this, especially when having to get to the airport at 7am.

The walk to South Congress was a bit too far so we took cabs there and back.

The room is a decent size, bathroom was large, bed bath and beyond products.

I stayed in Room 2320 (2 double beds) and thought the room and amenities were nice (bathrobes, toiletries, soft towels) The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The room and bathroom were of an adequate size with nice furniture - a king sized bed, desk and office chair, two night stands, and a couch and coffee table.

However, the staff was nice, the concierge very helpful, the rooms very comfortable with upgraded amenities, everything in our room worked, the room was fairly quiet, the view was excellent, the bed was good, the linens were nice.

4 feather pillows on each bed, plus back up in the closet, a desk, a couple of chairs, plenty of bath towels and toiletries in little bottles.

Great bedding, a nice bar and continental breakfast.

The restaurant has a breakfast buffet with all types of hot and cold offerings.

Rooms were very clean, the pillows were pleasant and liberty Tavern Cafe/Restaurant downstairs was good for breakfast.

From the valet "parker," to the bellman, to the front desk staff, to the housekeeping lady, to the bar and restaurant staff.

The restaurant that is open for breakfast has a buffet that is OK.

I found the staff to be friendly at all levels (front desk, valet, room service) and the hotel itself to be very comfortable.

Within 5 minutes, a manager was dispatched from the front desk to take orders and room service waiters were redeployed.

Perfect place for the cost conscious leisure traveler and concierge staff very pleasant.

Good service and the concierge very helpful.

When you go, be sure to check out the chandeliers in the lobby by the elevators.

The coffee pot was nowhere near hot, the gym/spa was well equipped.

Excellent location, great bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress), helpful staff, well equipped health club (unfortunately they charge you $10/day to use it) - with weights, steam room, sauna, pool, etc.

Pretty nice place seems really new, helpful staff and housekeeping neglected to clean our room the first night.

The hotel was great, the front desk was very polite and the room was kept clean.

I got a complimentary upgradde to the executive floor - room was large, moden and clean.

The hotel is a beautiful, room is nice and clean.

Very large, pleasant, clean rooms overlooking the capital.
