  Great location, i thought the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

  The cleaning staff were not very friendly you pass them in the hallways, at least for two PC's we were unable to get back on after paying.

  Cleanness good stuff and hot tub. Great restaurants near by.

  The bar area was very poorly run, we thought the parking price was a bit high.

  There was some sidewalk and street construction outside the hotel during our stay, which was only a slight inconvenience, but inside, wherever we went, we were greeted with smiles from very helpful staff. I got excellent directions for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations as well.

  The room we stayed in for a convention was newly renovated and it showed. Everything still looked brand new; beds, carpet, bathroom etc. My only real issue outside of the room is that they are STILL renovating, and it seems like its everywhere. While we were there, the lobby had its carpet pulled up, walls were erected right in front of us, and I could hear the jack hammer from up in our room, and this was on a summer weekend. On a good note, the service in the Cafe (the only restaurant we could find in the place) was very nice - but the food was a little pricey.

  There where OLD signs/ads still in the elevators touting their spectacular improvements to come and it was dated “August 2007” – REALLY! To top it off, they only had one bank of elevators working.

  Muy bien localizado y las tiendas del hotel muy bonitas con buena seleccion de productos. Además excelente atención del personal y habitaciones amplias y el desayuno es expectacular.
